This mounting strap and base assembly is a direct replacement for any Pro-Cycle Pedestal Mount Tachometers. Applies to 5" tachometers with a "step-down" case (i.e. 3 3/8 diameter section where the strap mounts) and 3-3/8 Pro-Cycle pedestal tachometers.
